Who we are
This site is run by Amazon Bait, the controller of the personal data processed here.
What data we collect
This site has no forms and does not ask for your name, email or phone number. We only collect:
- Browsing data, only if you accept cookies: pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate city or region and where you came from (for example, Instagram or Google). This data is collected by Google Analytics and does not identify you by name.
- Clicks on the WhatsApp buttons: we record that a click happened and which contact was chosen, to know how many people asked for information.
- WhatsApp conversations: when you click a contact button, you leave the site and talk to us directly on WhatsApp. The data you send there (such as your name, phone number and travel dates) is used only to reply and arrange your booking.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- Measuring how the site is used and improving its content: based on your consent (LGPD art. 7, I), given through the cookie notice.
- Answering your request for information or a booking on WhatsApp: to perform a contract or pre-contract steps at your request (art. 7, V).
We do not sell your data or use it for any other purpose.
Cookies
We only use analytics cookies, and only after you click Accept. If you decline, the site works normally and no analytics cookie is stored.

We also store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask again. You can change it at any time under Cookie preferences in the site footer. If you decline, analytics cookies already stored are deleted. The lang cookie is only stored when you switch language with the flag.
Who we share it with
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), which processes browsing data. Google’s servers are outside Brazil, mainly in the United States, and the transfer follows LGPD art. 33.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and may log technical access data, such as IP address, for security. On your first visit, your browser language and approximate country are used to open the site in your language, without being stored.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to talk to us there.
How long we keep it
Browsing data stays in Google Analytics for the period set in the account settings, from 2 to 14 months, and is then deleted automatically. WhatsApp conversations are kept as long as needed for customer service and the booking.
Your rights
Under LGPD art. 18, you may at any time:
- confirm whether we process your data and access it;
- correct incomplete or outdated data;
- request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
- request the portability of your data;
- withdraw consent, including through Cookie preferences;
- know who your data has been shared with.
You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
